Was skeptical but tried them today. I could not figure how to do the complicated application. I did the way you show on the front of the knee. To my surprise, my knee pain is gone! I have osteoarthritis in both knees as well as one knee being bone on bone. I will see how this goes, so far I am impressed! I have had tape applied by my physical therapist, but not for my knees. The only issue I have is getting the tape off of the backing and that it pulled away from my skin in like 5 minutes...

I have been using kineseology tape for a couple of years on my knees. I usually use the kind that has strips that cross over the top of the knee. It does provide support for my knees. I had read about your tape and decided to try it as it looked easier to put on and guaranteed pain relief. The tape is definitely not as heavy as what I've used in the past. Because it is so thin, it is a problem with folding back on itself and then getting wrinkled so that it is not easy to apply to your knee. It ...
