Seems to help. Certainly easier to apply than most tape. I wouldn’t say it clears up all the issues but it’s definitely better. Also love that it stays on in water and when it’s hot outside and your knees sweat.

I have arthritis so bad in my right knee that most nights I cannot sleep because the pain is so bad. I have tried so many ointments, creams, patches, sleeves, just about everything you can buy to relieve the pain. I decided to try the tapes and I couldn't tell much difference the first couple of days of using it but after the third day, I began to feel less pain. I am now on my 2nd week and the tapes have helped better than anything I've tried.

Do you have it in beige?? I love the product and it does relieve my pain, but the black tape bleeds and stains cloth items when it gets wet. Also, the last batch I bought had a very strong odor that increased from warmth as I wore it.

it is very difficult to get the backing off to apply. I am a senior so maybe that is part of the problem.I end up with more clumped up tape before I can get it placed. But I do think it helps with pain, when I finally get it on.

While I love the precut strips and already rounded corners- I don't feel like I can get the full needed 70% stretch that I expected. In order to get the full support I feel like I have to double up. Maybe I am doing something wrong?

The tape itself works wonderfully. However applying it is very cumbersome. The tape backing is very hard to peel off. It’s hard to get the paper off. Once you do get it to peel, the tape is so flimsy that it sticks to itself. Hard to get handle the sticky tape.

Was skeptical but tried them today. I could not figure how
to do the complicated application. I did the way you show
on the front of the knee. To my surprise, my knee pain is
gone! I have osteoarthritis in both knees as well as one
knee being bone on bone. I will see how this goes, so far
I am impressed! I have had tape applied by my physical
therapist, but not for my knees. The only issue I have is getting the tape off of the backing and that it pulled away from my skin in like 5 minutes...
