It may be different for others, but this tape did not work for me. Besides not doing anything for my knees, the fact that it's hard to apply maybe the bigger issue. I definitely didn't find it easy to put on like it's portrayed to be. I would not purchase this product again.

Love this product but it is very hard to open .

These tapes have eased my pain and allow me to walk comfortably for a longer period of time!

The tape strips are extremely sticky and often stick to themselves when the backing is removed. This makes them unusable.

It has refused my pain a lot, now I need to see how long a pack lasts all day Then I will order more

Too soon to tell how well its working but so far seem like it. Takes some getting used to applying but the videos help.

It’s a great idea but I did have a problem with the edges not sticking. Will keep trying to see wha my I maybe did wrong.
