This tape is super stretchy and flexible, which really helps with precise placement. Since I have sensitive skin, I like that there is no adhesive, and it still stays in place well enough to pass the shower test. It offers good support, and I have even noticed less inflammation when wearing it. Definitely a well-designed product with surprising benefits.

Purchased 2 packs. I tore the meniscus in both knees. My physical therapist used regular kinesiology tape on my knees, and it helped. I was given a roll that I could use in between sessions. I could get it on, but it was a bit of a challenge. This tape is so much easier to use, and they seem to work just like the regular tape. I'm very happy, but they are much more expensive than regular tape.

I have had knee pain for almost 2 years and the doctor says I have bone-on-bone on the interior of each knee. Shots haven’t worked, PT has helped somewhat, ongoing wt loss is helping, and no one wants to be on OTC pain meds indefinitely. I decided to try this tape with guarded skepticism and am amazed how this is helping! I have had actual pain relief and thus increased mobility since I applied the tape 4 days ago. I’ll be seeing my knee doctor in a week and plan to share this with him.

This product can get you in trouble in good ways , before it arrived I was limping badly around the house and after usage I didn’t have that much of pain and my wife taught I was faking the pain. Amazing product and will be ordering some more soon.

I have been using these for awhile now and they really seem to help a lot. I have a hyper flexion knee injury that's healing well. I have been using the easy kinesiology tape to support the knee and alleviate the pain. I'm going to keep having these on hand. Really good product.

When I received the Kinesiology Tape, I was pleasantly surprised it relieved my knee pain as well or better than messy topical ointments. The tape stays put, even with leggings during workouts & long walks. I will definitely be buying this product.

It’s a great product! The best it tape if ever used. No worries on having a pair of scissors near by, easy instructions, and lasts about 2 days. Definitely recommend!

I love the convenience of these easy to apply strips. They deliver fast results and are durable. I used this tape a few times. I believe it helped to loosen up the trouble area. It definitely gave me more comfort. It was easy to use and you can apply it anywhere at anytime.

I loved how there’s no sense to this sometimes the sense get to me, but this had no actual sent to it. I enjoyed using this product because I definitely think it was working on my joint pain, especially on my knees. I’m always on the go. I barely sit down and it definitely helped me. I could definitely see a difference just by using it one time for the whole day. The only downfall is that there is no label of the ingredients that’s in this patch.

I do notice a decrease in my pain.When using the pre-cut strips, I would recommend this to my friends and family.These are my new go to for my knee pain
