I purchased this shoe and the Reba online. They are both too big very uncomfortable. The only reason I ordered them was because the website says that you can return or exchange within 15 days if there is a problem. Customer service told me that I can not return or exchange because they were on sale when I contacted them. I loved these sandals. I bought a gold pair from a friends boutique and they ripped at the seam not long after having them so when i saw there was a black pair I had to have them. Ive worn them a few times since getting them a few weeks ago and they are already ripping a apart like my gold ones. For almost $80 that shouldn't do that.

I’ve only worn the shoes once to work where I sit at a desk and the shoe broke from the sole. While the shoes look great, the quality is poor along with the comfort. I truly wanted to love them.

One pair arrived damaged, and the other arrived smelling so strong of chemicals, that I had to return them also. I purchased them for a cruise and putting these in my luggage would contaminate everything in there. They accepted my return, but charged me eight dollars to return damaged product. I won’t be purchasing from here again.

After one day’s wear, upper came away from the sole of shoes. See pictures. Contacted ShuShop & told them I had superglued back together. I expected to receive a new pair as replacement because there is obviously a flaw in the construction. After I explained I had superglued, I haven’t heard back.

Did not size down as suggested and they are almost too small, very uncomfortable. Wore them for the first (and only) time to my office/desk job and they are coming unglued. Too expensive for such a poorly made pair of shoes. Extremely disappointed.

Very cute shoes, comfortable and true to size. My only issue is the quality. I’ve only worn them a couple times, and I noticed the rubber edge around the side of shoe is already pulling away on both sides. Also, the laces are very cheaply made. They have frayed from just rubbing against the bottom of my pant leg. I’m going to try and glue the side of the shoe so maybe it won’t get worse. Expected better quality for the price.
