Runs big. But the biggest problem is the ABYSMAL customer service. I’ve been trying for NINE days to get someone to help me exchange these shoes. I’ve had to double emailing asking someone to respond to me. I got a generic copy paste answer that clearly showed they hadn’t read my initial email. I’m so beyond frustrated. Writing this review in hopes that someone helps me before my fifteen day return window closes. Would not recommend this company.

I actually sized down 1/2 size from a 7 to 6.5.. very comfortable shoe and lightweight wedge. Love the gold metallic shimmer.

Just received them yesterday. So adorable and comfortable. I took a 1/2 size smaller as recommended and they are perfect. I will wear them later with a short jean dress and another time with shorts. So cute and trendy. Hard to find nice denim sneakers. These are it.

I did not receive the shoes I ordered(Rooney). I emailed 3 days ago to ask how to return the ones I did get. I have not heard anything back. I should not have to pay shipping to return them. The shoes I ordered were 100 dollars so I don’t know how to get the correct ones without paying out more money.

I love the style of these shoes, but after ONE wear they are coming apart. The rubber is pulling away from the shoe and the material is peeling off. Not good quality.

I can’t actually tell you anything about this shoe. I never received the delivery. I contacted the store multiple times. I tried to contact UPS. UPS wanted to charge me 19.99 to find out where my shoes were. I contacted my credit card to dispute the charge. What I got was an email from ShuShop asking for a review- still no shoes. Magical. I still do not have shoes, I have no contact regarding the shoes other than “tell us what you think”. I think I could have done a lot more with my money includ...
