This is a great little device which keeps my uke safe while on stage and ultra handy for the instrument changeovers. I like the fact that the clamp fits the upper part of the mic stand (see photo - many clamps do not) which reduces the chance of an accidental kick if hung lower on the stand. I put these strings on my new Kala solid acacia baritone ukulele. I didn't really like the low-D in the worth brown, it was a little muddy for my taste but your mileage may vary. In this scale length and body size I have come to prefer re-entrant tuning. Luckily with worth strings you get double length so I replaced the low D string with the second half of the E string and tuned it re-entrant dGBE which works well and i think it sounds lovely. I replaced a low G on my older baritone and swapped the high G for a low G on my new Ohana baritone uke. The Ohana is a great instrument now "uke tuned" as it makes it easier showing chord fingering to my uke group. As always, Chris despatched the Ohana (a little while ago) and the new strings (recently) expeditiously. I had the pleasure of meeting him during a visit to SA last year.

I broke the A string as I was trying to bring it up to pitch ,I am a bit inexperienced as this was my first time using worth browns .So I restrung it with a set of Bondi clears I had but used the brown low G and I like the sound of it .
I will give the browns another go soon.Obviously I need to be more patient and slowly stretch them in .

I bought myself a fabulous Cascha carbon fibre soprano ukulele in NZ. Absolutely love it but did missed the lower g sound and apparently you can't put wound strings on carbon fibre ukes. I was told about worth strings by a friend but can only get them from Australia. Thanks to your store I have a lower g sounding uke. So..... happy. The carbon fibre uke is so great for traveling in the motorhome, no temperature issues.
