The Y back bra is the most comfortable running bra that I’ve found. I love that I can wash it with all of my other clothes, and I don’t have to worry about hanging it to dry or putting it on a special cycle. It fits true to size for me. I’m 5’ 3” and 110 pounds and wear a size XS.

Handful bras are my absolute favorite! They are spot on in their description of activity level. They are hugely comfortable. This particular style is my go-to everyday bra. My only difficulty has been sizing because I am between a medium and a large in all my clothing. Both sizes fit in Handful bras; as they recommend, your size in the bra is your T-shirt size. As you would expect the mediums are more compressive, and the larges are a little more comfortable to wear fir a long period.

This is a great sports bra, I primarily wear it to run in and it totally contains the bounce and is super comfortable. It's the only sports bra I have that's a zip in the front vs. a pull over style, and I actually love it, it's the one I reach to the most because it's just easier to get on and off instead of having to wrestle in and out. I thought I would prefer the double down because it’s very similar to another brand that I used to love before they changed the sizing. I actually didn’t like it at all but LOVED the Y back. I'm in love with this hoodie ❤️. I may have worn in for two days straight when I got it!!!🤦‍♀️. It's that good! Lightweight, soft and so comfortable. LOVE the extra wrist cuffs that have this awesome elastic/stretch and thumb holes!!!! Definitely a relaxed fit, but perfect for comfort without being too oversized.

I hate to wear any other bra now except for my Handful bras. If you happen to be between sizes, as I am, I recommend you choose based on the activity level you expect from the bra. Both mediums and larges fit me but the mediums are obviously more compressive. The larges also fit well and are more comfortable for all day.

Love the many, many Handful bras that are in my closet! I don't know how they do it, but their bras tend to be both attractive and great Sports bras. My only difficulty has been that I am a medium and large in my clothing sizes. And as Handful recommends, that is your bra size as well. If you are between sizes I would recommend you choose based on what activity level you expect from the bra. Obviously smaller will be a little more compressive and larger will probably be a little more comfortable...
