I’ve been wearing the Y back bra for running for a few years. I wanted a bra to wear for every day activities, so I decided to try the adjustable bra. I’ve never found an adjustable bra like this that was comfortable, easy to wash, and still provided adequate support. This bra is my new every day favorite, and I wear it for weight lifting, yoga and pilates. I’m 5’3” and 110 pounds and wear a XS for reference.
