I've added Sea Moss to my daily regimen. I can say its helping my breathing. Its clearing the phlegm little bit by bit. I'm on jar 3. I drink it each morning in tea or juice and have used Gatorade. Literally life changing! I love "Flow Essentials Sea Moss". At first I could not handle the seamoss taste by itself so I added "manuka honey & fresh cinnamon" to it then I was able to master taking it daily w/out putting it in my smoothies. I love the health benefits so much that I have shared the results with my friends!

This is some good stuff. I ordered seamoss by it self it was nasty, but this o man taste wonderful. Just taste so good. I could eat the all bottle especially when have sweet tooth. Wish they have a monthly subscription. Next order will try different flavor.
