The dry sea moss made a lot more than I expected. It filled two pasta sauce sized jars and even a little one. I've been putting it in nearly all my drinks: smoothies, teas, water. Also, I've been starting to feel more energy through the day. I'm hoping that it improves some of my skin issues which seem to be getting better slowly. Sea moss has become a staple in my house and I can't see myself living without it now.

Love it! I'm a 33 y.o. female with 2 young children, and I don't always get the required amount of sleep each night (~6.5 hrs on average)... I use 1.5 tablespoons of Flow's Sea Moss Gel in my cup of coffee or smoothie each morning and I feel amazing. I have more than enough energy to get through the day including a workout.

Don't think about it try it, went through first jar in one week, thank goodness I ordered the larger jar. Shipping was fast, light taste nothing strong or off putting. Great Product, only issue is that it takes aroun 2-4 weeks to come in the mail. I understand the product is made from scratch but make sure to order earlier rather than later. Plus I noticed that 1 jar with 2 scoops a day doesn’t last a whole month. That being said, would most likely need 2 for each month in my opinion. Wishing for a bigger jar soon!

I was a little upset because of the amount of time it took to get the blueberry lemonade ginger seamoss. After receiving my order I can understand the delay. This seamoss must sellout fast lol great taste, smoothness to it. I would recommend adding something to better seal the container. This Seamoss is the best I’ve ever tasted. I can’t believe it’s really Seamoss I would recommend it highly. I use to make my own and it never tasted like this. I truly hope I can continue purchasing it. The price is high to me and the 16oz doesn’t last long. I want to be able to take it long enough to see the positive effect it has on my body.
