The sea bass fillet is purchased 1 month ago but it takes only 5 minutes to thaw in water, making it very convenient to prepare. The fish is still very fresh, delicious and moist.
The fillet is sliced and light pan fried with olive oil, salt and pepper. The fillet slices are then removed and potatoes, mushrooms, egg plant and pak choy are then simmered in the same pan with lid. Thank you ACE for providing us a convenient, hygienic and healthy fish.
