As always, we used only tumeric, white pepper and sesame oil to marinate the fish. The flash freezing technic is very good, as the fish was so FRESH-TASTING, even after defrosting from being flash frozen. Unlike other supermarket freezer brands.

Fried these mid portions and ate it with balsamic onions. These portions are very convenient, just the right size, one for each person. I have tried a cross section of AceFish offerings by now and I have experienced consistent quality in freshness and taste every time Very little needs to be done to enjoy a tasty dish. Takes away all the hassle of checking out the seafood when buying. Also saves me petrol and risk of contracting flu or covid when I buy online. Great job Ace !

The sea bass fillet is purchased 1 month ago but it takes only 5 minutes to thaw in water, making it very convenient to prepare. The fish is still very fresh, delicious and moist. The fillet is sliced and light pan fried with olive oil, salt and pepper. The fillet slices are then removed and potatoes, mushrooms, egg plant and pak choy are then simmered in the same pan with lid. Thank you ACE for providing us a convenient, hygienic and healthy fish.

Did this fish head with gerang assam... this is WAY better than buying outside. Added in tomato, pineapple, small brinjal, lady fingers n chilli. So good and ABSOLUTELY value for money.... hubby n I each had one head n extra servings of rice! So so good...the only thing is not sure what else to buy for free delivery...

Love the freshness and convenience! Seasoned two fillets with salt and garlic, topped them with chopped garlic, breadcrumbs, walnuts and provolone cheese, then baked in the oven toaster. Turned out fragrant, with deliciously crisp crust!

We baked the seabass which was coated with a mix of pounded fresh garlic, Sri Lankan Jaffna curry powder and some herbs. It was a pleasant discovery to find that the coriander flavour from the Jaffna curry powder is an excellent match for seabass!

Honestly wasn't expecting much for the quality of these prawns since I was bbq-ing them. Turns out this was the unsung hero that saved my indoor bbq with friends cos the Wagyu I had turned out too oily. I'm hooked on these prawns now and I mean the 10/12 ones. Heard from the shop they are getting out of stock soon so disclaimer: I'm writing this review to get the discount so that I can buy more before they run out... hahahahaha

Forgot to take a picture of the fish bone stock. Was marvellous! I simmer the bones with bay leaves, clove and ginger for 45 mins. After that sieve the stock to cook 酿豆腐。Simply good!

My family loved the freshness of the threadfin fillet. The halibut is good to eat except the little bones in it which I find difficult to take out for my little grandchildren. I forgot to take a photo of the dishes prepared. Will take it next time.
