I asked my family members for review. Everyone said 'restaurant grade' , then all added that the flesh is very fresh, sweet and tender. I can't agree more with them. We all enjoyed it very much.
This fish came very clean, so I just marinated it with a little salt and pepper for 30 min, and steamed on high heat for 7 min. When the fish was cooked, I poured pre-prepared sauce over it and served. I made the sauce with light soy sauce, water, garlic, ginger and sesame oil.
