Grilled trevally - Just season it with salt and black pepper, stuff ginger slices, cut spring onions and lemon slices into the stomach and leave it for half an hour before grilling. Eat it with sambal chilli. Delicious!

Ace products give me great peace of mind. No worries about food not being fresh or any issues with its source. So convenient to keep some frozen items in my freezer always which can be quickly thawed n cooked w minimum of condiments and fuss cos it will taste fresh. Today needed a quick one and just whipped up a clam beehoon dish for lunch. Beehoon, carrots, garlic,cabbage, egg, minced pork, soy sauce, salt n pepper n a bag of clams. Feeds 3.

I am not in the happen of taking pics so totally forgot to do so. Cooked the fish with assam paste and my son took 1 mouth and asked: "what fish is this?, It's very nice." The fish were so fresh and even though I bought frozen ones, the taste is still so good. My husband is not a fish lover but he finished all the fish meat that I put in his plate. My family loves the seabass from ACE!

This is really value for money. I can cook it as a soup with bee hoon. Alternatively fry with black bean, ginger and garlic. Healthy and affordable. The bones are manageable.

It is well washed , I chopped it up, give it a quick fry with garlic and ginger, add soya beans, a big onion and some celery , then put in a clay pot and simmer over charcoal fire. Soup is delicious and full of nutrients. Thank you

Lovely fresh fish. Difficult to get it fresh in Singapore. Very good simply pan fried or grilled with just salt and pepper with a light squeeze of lemon just before eating to savour the taste.

I asked my family members for review. Everyone said 'restaurant grade' , then all added that the flesh is very fresh, sweet and tender. I can't agree more with them. We all enjoyed it very much. This fish came very clean, so I just marinated it with a little salt and pepper for 30 min, and steamed on high heat for 7 min. When the fish was cooked, I poured pre-prepared sauce over it and served. I made the sauce with light soy sauce, water, garlic, ginger and sesame oil.
