These sea bass fillets are highly recommended. Cooking is so fuss free to get a very nutritious, tasty and antibiotics and hormone free meal. Just marinate the fillet with salt for 5 mins before pan frying it. A lot of time has been saved since I started cooking with Ace fish.

These threadfin ecolings were about one third of the amount of the bag they came in and were fried with about 4 -5 tablespoons of oil and a pinch of salt. They are easily one of my favourites from Ace. The whole ecoling can be eaten and is a great source of natural protein and calcium free from.antibiotics, hormones etc. Besides being a meal, they also make great snacks, especially the crispier smaller size ones.

My son can prep the Seabass fillet pretty well. Rinse and dap dry, a dash of salt, pepper and herbs and drizzle olive oil over the fish is all he needs. He will prepare 3 at one go and bake them in the oven and pack for work lunch over three days. Best thing is the fish taste fresh and healthy! 😋

Whether we bbq it (meat will tend to fall off more easily when bbq so seabass may be better), steamed it or baked it, the meat is simply delicious and fresh. The fish came cleaned with the guts removed. I modified a recipe I found online. It was easy to cook and tasty to eat. I marinated the fish with pepper and salt. After heating up the pan and adding oil to it, I added the ginger and fried it till it was slightly caramelized. Then I seared the fish before pouring shao xing wine and soya sauce around the perimeter of the pan. I marinated the sea bass fillet with soya sauce, pepper and corn flour. I stir fried it and took it out of the pan. Next, I added chopped garlic and dried prawn (aromatics) to sizzling oil. Once it has browned nicely, I added in sliced bitter gourd and bee hoon to the pan before adding bone broth to it. Let it simmer until the bee hoon is almost cooked before putting in the fish again. Stir fried sea bass fillet and Bittergourd bee hoon. Yum!

Steamed 2 pieces out of the packet of 3 fillet pieces of Halibut fish. It was steamed in typical Cantonese style for good quality fish steaming. It tasted just as good as eating Cod fish. Try and enjoy eating it yourself.

It is one of my favourites. I like it steamed with light soya sauce and ginger. When done, pour a little hot garlic oil with fried garlic bits on it. Delicious!

Halibut from Greenland, steamed in Cantonese style, tastes better than some of the steamed cod fish from local restaurants. These Halibut fishes are deep frozen quickly after caught and cut as steak pieces until they are delivered to you. You have them thawed once, as against those you may have bought from the wet market which may have been thawed a few times, before you cooked them. Try it out and experience it yourself.

As always, we used only tumeric, white pepper and sesame oil to marinate the fish. The flash freezing technic is very good, as the fish was so FRESH-TASTING, even after defrosting from being flash frozen. Unlike other supermarket freezer brands.

Really impressed how clean the fillets were. Not even a single scale and bone! Well done, Team. This really help when cooking fish for kids as i don’t have to spend much time checking for bones. The fillets were sliced into smaller pieces, added cornflour, salt, pepper, garlic n sesame oil and put in fridge till ready to fry. The fish was not fishy at all and my twins can’t stop snacking on them.

Two 220g fillets were defrosted, given a quick rinse and cut into smaller pieces. The cai xin and fish slices were then blanched in the lightly seasoned chicken soup (salt, pepper and sesame oil) for 3-4 mins, and we had 5 bowls of fresh-tasting fish and veg within 10mins.

ACE fish has the best fish! The fish I get are always fresh, gutted and cleaned out, making cooking preparation so easy. The Sea bass fillet together with Olive oil, seasoning and 7 minutes in the air fryer at 190deg made for an easy and delicious dinner!

Made this fish soup with a complimentary bag of seabass fish bones that came with my order. Simply boil the fish bones with lots of spring onions, ginger slices and soybeans. Thereafter sieve the soup to ensure all the fine bones are removed. Add beehoon then the seabass fillet which was lightly seasoned with soy sauce, sesame oil and pepper. The result is a healthy light lunch of fish fillet beehoon soup.

Love the fact that the sea bass is available in different sizes to suit different family needs! These halibut steaks are so tasty and fresh that very little cooking needs to be done. I just steam it with ginger, garlic, some bean paste and add some chopped spring onions. They are excellent for my elderly mother cos it has little bones and is more oily.

Simple steamed fish to appreciate the real taste. My family loves it, no muddy taste. Fish is really fresh though we bought it frozen. You can see the bursting skin at the fish head, only a fresh fish can give you this type of bursting and shiny skin. Taste is close to wild caught seabass, meat is firm. But unlike wild caught seabass, we don't have to deal with many small bones which are typical of wild caught seabass.

The fish is very fresh. All i need is to defrost the fish cook it n then serve it with the preheated sambal sauce. I sautéd 3 cloves garlic n added 5 pieces of belimbing into the sauce.Cooking dinner took only 30 minutes. My husband loves it and ate till the entire fish plate is empty.

Steamed the red snapper with chinese herbs. It was delicious. The fish, despite being frozen, tasted fresh with firm flesh. The other fishes (seabass and groupers) should be simliarly good.
