AMAZING customer service & support!! There was a tiny tear in one of the handles and they sent a new piece out to me right away. Not only that, but when I had originally emailed them to check on shipping dates, they responded right away. I could not recommend purchasing from this company more! The hack squat/leg press machines works great, and for a much lower cost of competing machines. The disassembled pieces arrived in two heavy boxes, so I'm sure my FedEx driver hates me. The instructions were very detailed, and all of the hardware came vacuum sealed to a piece of carboard and were grouped by step number. It came with a couple wrenches and the instructions said two people were required, but I did it myself in about 3 hours with power tools. I'm looking forward to adding it to my h...

The assembly took a while but it would be a lot faster with 2 people. The only real complaint I have is that the pulley system seems to have a lot of friction. I am not sure if that was an error on my part during the setup or if the guide just needs to be greased a little bit. Other than that, it's an amazing product for an at home gym.

This is a great machine. It is very well built, both solid and smooth in operation. It has a great design in both function and for ease in home assembly. One downside, there is not a way to use for calfs without rigging something. Suggestion, it should come with an accessory to allow Calf Presses/Raises in both the Leg Press and Hack Squat set ups. This would be a nice addition to the machine or at least a separate accessory to purchase. Jim C.

Solid construction, easy to put together. My favorite part was the hardware was packaged and labeled in such a way that you cannot mistakenly put a piece in the wrong place. These pieces for step one and so on. At the end of assembly I had a bracket that was not open wide enough for the piece that needed to go into it (presumably a factory problem) and I had to persuade it with a hammer and crowbar. I’m 6’0 and it’s not big enough for me. I have shorter clients and they also have to hang toes over. If you don’t it’s too much stress n your knee caps and doesn’t feel good and will lead to injury. Like the way it works except this. It’s smooth and easy to use but until this is fixed I can’t give it full stars.

Everything works as intended and build was long but pretty straightforward (2 1/2hrs alone from unboxing to full build). Only con is the back plate horns. Really enjoying all of it. The only thing I would change is in the direction for the pulley cable, Cable B, when routing it by the front end of the base it’s difficult to route it with the pulley installed. I just detached that one, routed the cable, then installed it. Overall I enjoy the cage, the pulley itself, the bench is easy to manipulate and move around without wheels, and the mats are good as well.

This was a gift for my son. He’s 31, 6’2”, trim (I have no idea his weight). He is happy with it, says it rounds out his fitness area and folds away nicely. As an aside, he does lift some weights and has a peloton. Would recommend. His mom.

I got exactly what I expected - a VERY functional, economical, piece for my home gym. The padding can be better, but you really can't beat what you get in functionality for the money. I'm a 5'9" woman and my husband is 6'3" and both of us use it comfortably. It works best using exercise bands. I, proudly, assembled it by myself and it was easy. It just took some time.

The 2 packages arrived sooner than expected. They are heavy but I was able to bring them inside by myself. All of the parts were well packed, undamaged, and all there. I assembled the Smith machine by myself without any trouble in less than 2 hours. The machine functions well and is very sturdy. I can't imagine a better machine for the cost of this one. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a simple Smith machine.

The dumbbells are excellent quality. The storage unit is solid. You will probably want to switch one of the heavier weights to the top level and one of the lighter weights to the bottom level to make everything fit better. Excellent storage for medicine balls.

I love the leg machine, but the padding and the boxes that everything came in had an extremely musty smell. I have had the machine about 3 weeks and can still smell it in my gym area. I have wiped down/sanitized the whole machine but still smells GROSS.
