In my opinion, this is the best upgrade for the M1 Pro yet! It has truly turned my “All-in-one” into an all-in-one.

The Power Cage was very simple to assemble! The instructions were easy to follow and the parts were packaged by step, so it makes it nearly impossible to get lost at a step. The pulley is also very smooth when in action. My wife is already looking forward to her first workout in it.

I bought this before I purchased the leg press/hack squat machine. This definitely gets used a lot. I will say adding plates over 180 I do make sure the rack is loaded on the side as the rack will shake. Anything heavier I have another person there or I use the other machine. Love that it’s so compact!

I gave this 5 stars because I think the one issue I have with it is easy to resolve. This add on to the M1 Pro makes lat pulldowns so much better as it raises the bar, literally, and adds in the leg supports. The only issue I have that I mentioned above is that after you pull the bar down then start letting it go back, I know there's a term for the movement but escapes me, it feels like the weight stack doesn't want to go back down. Wish I had dug a little more and realized this was coming from china. Customer service isn’t the best and still have yet to receive the chain that goes with the cable column. However, the actual rig, bar and weight set are good quality. Took about an hour to put together solo. Only piece of equipment that wasn’t the best quality is the bench but it does the job.

Is a very sturdy and heavy duty built rack. You'll want to pay very close attention to the orientation of the individual pieces. I had to undo and re-orient pieces a couple times. My fault, the instructions are very good and the hardware shrink-wrapped on the cardboard is kinna genius. Certainly, for the price, it can't be beat!

These jammer arms have opened up a lot of movements that I've been wanting to do in my home gym. Assembly was super easy. I love the adjustability of the handles, weight horn, and angles. Attaching them to the rack just takes a couple of minutes and isn't difficult. Another feature I appreciate is the eye hook on each arm to allow me to connect my cables. All in all I'm really impressed!

- extended height useful for reracks and personally i like the decreased length to avoid hitting it on bench movements
- the static capacity is 550 lbs vs 287 per side but that was never a concern for me because im not hitting those limits. Not sure how they are pulling those numbers because imo it looks like the new jcup is just the solid piece split in half to each side
Cons:
- the screws arrived all loose so make sure to tighten them before using
