It came in 4 different shipments over the course of several days. The weights came first then the bench and barbell. Then the wrack. I carefully took all the parts out of the box and checked off each piece on the list of parts in the directions. I was short several items. Contacted the customer support and got a quick email asking for pictures of the boxes. I sent the pictures and haven’t heard anything back. This doesn’t work with out all the parts. Please help!!

The weight set is great for a starter set for my son. Arrived sooner than I thought. All pieces were included. As others have said, the case was broken at both hinges when I received it, pretty minor. Thin hard plastic is not the best choice to hold a 100 lbs weight set. The only other complaint would be that the bars don't stay together at the coupling, and the collars don't hold the weights tight so you are required to tighten things up between reps. Good rack for the price. I did have an issue with one of the uprights were the holes in the front and back of the upright werent aligned so when trying to put in the safety rods, they wouldn't align with the rear upright. Also, the bench I received didn't lay flat, there was always a slight decline. RitFit did make it right however by sending a new upright and refunding a portion of my package for the bench issue. Otherwise, the rack is very decent for the price and easy to put together.

Could have a straighter roller for the legs. It angles so the left leg is further out. Other than that it’s incredible. Very smooth. Great price

I love my home gym! It’s durable (so far) and sturdy. My only con is that the bumper plate holders are sketchy and the plates will slip off. I do not keep my plates on those. The pulley system is also so-so and seems very sticky to pull. I didn’t plan on using those so it doesn’t affect my rating. Other than that, it works great.

I have only had the ability to complete a few exercises on the rack but it has met expectations. I am 6'2 and the lat pull down system hits my head when doing exercises within the cage, only drawback so far.

Attractive, nicely upholstered, and very easy to assemble. Lightweight, but generally stable and sturdy. Suggested improvements for next version: Widen support beams so less wobble when back is raised; a locking mechanism would be helpful to keep support beams from jumping out of slots in frame; lengthen supporting frame of foot rest (its too short for most applications); replace back plastic feet with the same ones used in front.

I’m happy with the dumb bell rack and bench as well as the service . However, I evidently mis understood the offer on the dumb bell set and thought I was ordering a set o 10-60 was and instead got one set of 45#. Since I’m 67 yrs old it takes a long time to build up to that wt and I really need to start back with much lighter wts. What are my options? We’ve been playing telephone tag

It's a good bench. I look for value in products I buy. Every other bench I looked at was either way too expensive for not much more quality, or very cheaply made. this product is not cheaply made, it's very sturdy. I'm 6'1" and 220# and it's perfect for me. This product has very good value. I would recommend it and I don't usually do that.

Honestly thought this might be a scam it seemed so cheap for what you’re getting. But everything showed up in about a week and was relatively easy to put together. It’s not as sturdy as something a gym might have but it’s definitely plenty sturdy.

Quality is excellent. You don’t get 100 lB of actual weights but the weight of all components including collars and bars is 100 lB. That is a bit under-emphasized in the description and so I was led to believe that the weights were 100 lB in addition to the bars and collars. My case arrived broken but a replacement was shipped promptly and I have had a great experience with their customer service team. Definitely recommend for a home gym.

They clamp on the bar so tight they could hold a car in place. They even work on the lat pull rack. Very snug fit.

This is the second folding bench I have purchase. The first one had more padding and the grey bracket is a little week. Also the foot pad was slightly bent and the pads were smaller than the last bench. I still like how it folds and since it is my second bench and not my main bench I will keep it. I like the quality of the older bench better. Thank you

The ankle straps are terrific. Built to last and very stable during a multitude of exercises and loads. The 3 rings (front and both sides) allow you to do a lot of different exercises, ensuring a well-rounded exercise program. Two observations: First, there is no ring on the back of the ankle and I cannot understand why. No issues with the product thus far. The shipping and tracking was a pain in the ass. I was issued one tracking number and assumed the rack, bench, and weights would all be on that same tracking number. After emailing customer service (who did a quick response so kudos to you) I received all 9 of my tracking numbers. That is my only complaint. Gym rack works. Bench is comfy. Bar and weights are slick but they are new so I'll have to break them in the American Way: squat, bench, deadlift.
