The assembly needs 2 people. My husband did the heavy lifting for some parts where you need to lift frame to insert parts. I would recommend watching video on YouTube regarding assembly instructions for this machine. It helped us during a part that’s labeled upside down. I am very happy with purchase.

We purchased the 150 lb PVC dumbbell combo with rack.
I was a little confused at first when a partial order showed up.
After contacting the RITFIT help line they were very helpful and quick to respond to get me the tracking number for the remaining portion of the order.
I can confirm the rack is sturdy and up to the task. The PVC coated dumbbells have a very minimum odor which was important to us because we had to return the set we bought at Costco because the rubber odor was burning our eyes!

Leg press/hack squat BLP01 2 boxes arrived in 3days , 3rd box arrived 2 days later. That was a FedEx issue . All parts were there and packaged very well . Directions were straight forward, really like how fasteners were packaged. I do recommend having a ratchet and sockets rather than supplied wrenches to speed assembly which took me about 4 hours to complete doing it alone . Set up took about 4 hours in total, broke it into two days. Materials seem very quality and heavy duty. Cable system was very easy to run and directions made the process simple as could be. Definitely find the ratchet tool Ritfit provides first and it will make your life way easier! Have used it every day since setting it up. Have found that you need to make sure the weights on the pulley system need to be evenly arranged or else it’s not as smooth as it could be. That’s the only down fall.

It's a great piece of equipment. I don't like having to remove it to use the cross over. I fear it puts a lot of stress on the upright as well. It's great if you're OK with that. I myself think I should have just saved the money to put on a gazelle squat machine. I will be buying one of those next and probably won't use this after. But rest assured there is nothing wrong with it just my preference.

So far so good, I have only had the cage up and using for about 3 weeks. Setup was actually easier than I expected and if seems quite sturdy. The pulley system isnt the best and will definitely be the first thing to fail but it works and I still think/hope it'll be possible to get a decent service life out of it.
