Very happy with the picture. She was really surprised and loves it. I got it for her birthday. However, the packing job was terrible. When I picked it up by my front door, the flaps on both ends of the box were open and the frame was sticking out a bit. I was so afraid it was going to be damaged but it was fine. Both ends should have been taped at least.

I would happily use Turned Yellow again! They did get my hair colour slightly wrong but rectified it really quickly! I think the picture looks great and they followed my description great. Next time I would probably include hair colour (it was like the only thing I didn’t mention). Would happily recommend and would happily use their services again!

The only negative is I realized I sent a photo with me wearing sunglasses and sent an email less than a day later asking if I could correct it. I was told I could and then sent updated picture and then nothing until I reached out again. Then the response was they already had my photo drawn up because I was too late. So I jave glasses in my picture but I don't usually wear glasses. Still love it. Got it for Father's day and gave it to my husband early and he loves it too.

I had an absolutely pleasant experience with TurnedYellow from start to finish. It was great to have several different options to fit the picture you've created in your head on exactly what you want. I personally wanted to add a little 'extra special' touch & asked if they could incorporate a special photo in the picture frame on the wall above the couch -- someone contacted me immediately to ensure that they could do it, for a very small additional fee ($5), which was clearly more than worth it...
