I was unable to send pictures because it wouldn’t accept them for some reason through the process I was suppose to use. Everyone was helpful but there was no immediate response when I would ask. It was always the next day. I paid extra to have it rushed and it wasn’t as quick as I thought. I feel I could have saved money but not purchasing the rush order and it would have still got here the same time. I also don’t know where my downloaded picture and video I paid extra for are after I downloaded
