We just lost Nala after 13 years and I wanted something different of her and our other two dogs. I have her with me always and a little different since she's been yellowed. They were great to work with, especially when I ask them to add the halo and wings after the fact. It was perfect.

The product is great, the service was very good, and the delivery time was more than acceptable. The Bot they use for online chats, however, is woeful. Don't bother with it. That aside, the rest of the process of ordering and consultation about the finished product was excellent.

Happy with the cartoon rendering of the Griffin family. I was worried the artist would not capture the white mustache on one of our tuxedo cats, but they got it and nailed it! 😃 Didn’t use the endless image modifications offer, but glad it was there, that is what sold me on having this done. Absolutely adorable! I cannot tell you how happy I am for the way this picture turned out! I do suggest having them print it out for you instead of taking it to a print shop. I did that and it was not only more pricey, but the whole picture did not come out exactly like I wanted it to. Just have the company print it out and send it. Couldn’t be more happy!
