It’s been three days and the change is eerie😂. I almost feel she’s suppressed..her out of control barking at trucks, strangers on bikes, joggers,..all but gone. I remove it after morning n afternoon walks as she doesn’t bark w adult son walks. So she is wearing it about 7-8 hours n it must be comfortable as she is not one who likes changes n took to the collar the first day. We are having to adjust to a quiet household...seriously magic. Oreo is a three month old Mini Aussie and we live in a 55+ community. He wasn't even settled in when neighbors started complaining about his barking. We have a rescued Puggle who is 7 years old and has barked incessantly since her adoption. I was kind of hesitant to believe a vibrating bark collar would do the job for my always barking dog. We have 3 Dogs. The one causes the other 2 to bark too. Since I put it on the Bark provoking dog Lady. She Instantly responded to the vibration. It did take a few trys at the Sensitivity Level. I just received my BarkMute collar for my boy who SCREAMS and HOWLS whenever I leave our new apartment. He has severe separation anxiety, and my worry is that I will not be able to keep him in the apartment while I'm not home because neighbors will complain about his screaming. My dog Louis is a very aggressive/protective boy. He would bark uncontrollably at anyone walking past the house. After a couple of hours with the BarkMute we could already see improved behavior. AH, PEACE and QUIET! Our puppy Duke was constantly barking, annoying neighbors and family at all hours. With BarkMute this week we have not had any issues just peace and quiet. 4 dogs in our house. 3 were a pack before we all moved in together. Huge barkers, used to live in the country, very territorial. Works great. Put it on our year and a half golden retriever. He would always be over protective at his own house and yard. He would bark all the time if someone came by the fence or front door, even if he knew them. Once he barks the beep or vibrator confuses him and stops him on the dime. When he plays with another dog if that dog is close enough though it will go off at times. So just be careful with that. I would just put it on the beep on so they both hear it to stop barking.
