It took about a month and a half to receive! It was supposed to be a Housewarming/Christmas gift, but it arrived too late. The positive thing about this experience is I received an email from the CEO of the company letting me know the status of my order with his apology. I’m not sure I will order again, but the product was awesome!

So I saw this ad on Instagram and was sold! I ordered it and when I didn’t receive it, read reviews and freaked out because some people said they didn’t receive it, customer service was poor, etc. I emailed them and they responded back telling me to be patient, but I was already worried. It ended up taking a month, possibly because of Christmas orders, but I LOVE IT!!! Amazing and very happy. Great quality, too.

This was a gift for a friend who recently bought a new home. Arrived in under 2 weeks, everything was perfect and as ordered. My friend loved it, both the picture and sentimentality. I'd seen some negative reviews on this company but in checking out BBB looks like they were mostly related to seasonal volume and were always resolved by the business. Based on my experience and the product, would buy again but probably buy an even larger version (I got the smallest).

The one I originally ordered one beginning of November and it was suppose to be here by thanksgiving but it got lost in transit and once I contacted them they got me a new one and had it shipped to where I got it 2 or 3 days after Christmas.
