Shipping and tracking was terrible. Got 3 tracking numbers, 2 false dates for arrival of shipment and label has been created. Contact email was worthless. Got it a month after ordering. Product itself is beautiful. Looks great satisfied with that but not shipping.

I ask since they could not meet Christmas deadline could they for sure get it to me before end of year. And that they did as promised. The canvas is of great quality. My wife loves the canvas. It was slow to arrive to to package delays by delivery services. The only problem I had with it all was the lack of notification on where in the process the canvas was at. But, they also changed a couple spelling errors on my part when I ordered. Even though at one point I was concerned that I may not get the canvas at all, they came through.
