Used for many years and now use MOBU as supplier. Ginko really improves circulation, have had issues for years with poor blood supply to extremities especially in cold weather. Ginko resolves the issues and it's only when you stop taking it for any period is when you realise it does work. MOBU is a first class supplier and postage never takes more than a few days.

These electrolyte tablets are great. I use them every morning and after every aerobic workout. Some reviewers have comment upon the texture in your mouth especially if you don’t swallow the tablet quickly- yes it’s not that nice. But if you swallow with some liquid as soon as you place the tablet in your mouth, then there is no aftertaste and everything is fine. All I can say is my raging volcanic hot flashes have depleted to almost nothing. I've gone from pouring with sweat every half hour to an hour day and night, to nothing during the night and next to nothing during the day. You need to give it a couple of weeks to get into your system but the literally over night it works. Definitely will be buying again.

Nice tasting tablets and a good choice for a vegie as many apple cider vinegar sups seem to be on gelatine capsules unless you want to pay stupid amounts. Do they work? I dont know. Probably but I'm hardly noticing the fat just dropping off of me without any effort like we all want but it also doesnt make me feel sick, dizzy or like a speed freak on a roller coaster so that's a plus.
