As a night shift worker been using it to keep vitamin D levels in check. 3 months of supplementing this twice a day put me in normal range. Didn't test my levels before using the supplement but was definitely deficient.

Great to deal with IBS, notice IBS symptoms a lot more to the fore when dont have these. Only one thing, be great if they were 200mcg rather than 150.

I have no clinical evidence but believe magnesium glycinate is beneficial to me based on using it for about a year. I'd rather take this by itself tbh but the only Mobu option now is to be paired with Mag Citrate, the supposed benefits of which, I don't think i need... So hopefully MgBis only will be stocked again but in the meantime, the cost/delivery of Mobu's gear is great. No issues.
