The merchandise meaning the cup, and the Uzi came through beautifully without any problem to the delivery, but the length of time was about two months from the order date. I had no complaints, wasn’t in a big rush to get it, but was just wanting to have it so I love it.

Coffee mug and t shirts I received were all very nice. My only complaint was it took 2 1/2 months to get it with no communication from their end… generic responses. I actually thought I was being scammed. I’m pleased with what I received but they should have better tracking/communications!

I love all the merchandise at Don Jr's shop. What I don't love is the complete lack of Customer Support. Honestly, I feel that Don Jr. should have the best Customer Support available, but as far as I can see there is NO customer support. I had placed my order Aug 17th for items for my husband's birthday Sept 22. I did not receive them and sent an email to inquire when they would be shipped. I received an automated response telling me I'd hear from Customer Support asap. I never heard from ...
