My brother in law is going to love the mug! It was initially meant to be a birthday gift in September, but never came until November. You need to do better with communicating to customers. Waiting 10-12 weeks for an order is not acceptable!

I didn’t realize it would take so long to ship, and honestly I was starting to get a little worried lol but it was definitely worth the wait. I LOVE the cup. It is a 15oz, my favorite size, and it is very nicely made, the pic on it is smooth, very nice to the touch, and I love that the image looks a bit rustic.

Love the mug! Love the stern look on our President’s face! What we love about the mug itself is the tall, narrow shape. Our coffee stays hot longer than wider mugs, but holds a full-sized Keurig brew of coffee like we normally drink. We highly recommend these!

Both shirts were fantastic! True to size! Unfortunately for me, 10 weeks was a lot and had some weight loss so I really could have went a size down. They also wash up nicely.

I do love the mug- however I was charged for expedited shipping ( over $20!) as I needed the gift to arrive for my son's bday. The mug took a couple months to arrive. I repeatedly reached out to customer service requesting a refund on the extra delivery charge- Never once did Customer Service respond to my multiple emails. Nor did I get refunded. Extremely disappointing. Very poor business practice. Bummer that this happened.
