Talk about being surprised. I really did not expect to like Lemon Creme, primarily because I heard it was a soft hold and most of the people I saw using it had a different texture from mine. But listen, my hair LOVED the argon oil! My curls started poppin with the shampoo and were everywhere by the time I diffused. My curls were well defined and shiny with a slight cast and fluffiness. CurlMix has the Midas touch with their products.🥰

I was Leary about using a custards because I haven't had much success in the pass but i have been a local support of tim and Kim since the diy box and they have never failed me before so I said eh take a chance and OMG IF heaven had a beauty salon this pineapple potion is what they would use my hair was soft and bouncy.. I had to do a church shout had my family looking at me sideways even if it not permanently added I am glad I took a leap of faith and tried it. Keep up the good work Kim & Tim

Used lavender 1 & 2, then leave in and custard! 🤩 Look at that nape or “kitchen” as what we called it growing up!! Impressed!! I’m a tight 4C and I was excited about that kit! This pineapple gave me a lovely tropical scent and beautiful lift to my curls!

I’d tried the unscented previously & liked it, but the watermelon with hemp-based leave-in (step 3) is IT for me! The definition is off the chain & it paired perfectly with my diy flaxseed gel!!! Now this is a work in progress, but so far, I’m sold!

This is my first time trying a Curl Mix Fresh offering and I’m blown away. I’ve deep conditioned once a week for a few weeks now and I noticed that after my most recent wash (where I used the Curl Mix lemon creme 4 step process) that my curls popped more then ever. The strawberry hibiscus scent is delicious and makes me so happy. I’m a huge fan and look forward to trying more offerings from the fresh line!

My daughters hair has a little bit of wave to it, it's incredibly fine and tangles easily. Combing her hair used to be a nightmare before this set. We deep condition the ends once a week and use the leave-in after each wash. It smells wonderful and leaves her hair so soft.

My hair is curly underneath with a wavy top layer. The gel is easy and pleasant to work with and provides nice results. I find it easy to manage without overdoing it (as in, too much coming out of the bottle), and also easy to distribute throughout my hair. My hair feels light and has good curl definition. Pictured is my hair with leave-in, the gel, and volume lotion; the last tends to, if overused, minimize definition. Despite this, the gel in combo with these two was effective.

I can't believe I didn't buy this product before now, but my curly girls and I will NEVER go without it again!! It smelled and felt amazing when applying it to soaking wet hair and putting in flat twist! When I took them out in the morning, my curls were poppin' and even my husband complimented my hair!! (He never notices my hair unless it's something different) The flax seed gel made a major difference in the softness of my curls and my curls held their beautiful definition all day long!!!

Absolutely love this gel, it is amazing to my hair. It doesn’t weigh it down while making my curls pop. My hair can be easily weighed down so I have to dilute a lot of the products I use with water. I can literally put this straight on my hair without having to manipulating my hair or the product. I was a huge fan of the curling custard until I tried this flaxseed gel! I also really LOVE the smell.

I followed Kimberly Lewis's styling instructions - add no leave in (never done this with any success), apply the flax seed gel to soaking wet hair (as in in the shower right after rinsing conditioner out dripping wet). First I washed to remove buildup and deep conditioned with heat. Apparently water and gel is all my hair needed after that. I'm just floored. And happy! I’ve been using CurlMix for about a year and a half now. I’m balding so sitting under a dryer to have my straight hair go “nappy” after a short time was a waste!! My hair is really soft and I’m a crazy sleeper, so I twist my hair at night, sleep with a satin cap on my CurlMix satin pillow case! I hate doing my own hair, so I have trained the Shampoo Lady at the Doobie shop how to do my hair- mucho agua!!😊
