Product wise, i love Curlmix. But the last 3 times I’ve ordered from them, i’ve had issues. I got the wrong products in incorrectly labeled bottles. Then the last 2 times it took a month to get the products. With no updates. So i had to reach out via email, took a week to hear back. I’m just really frustrated with the decline in customer service and shipping. When i first started Curlmix years ago it was fantastic. I’m trying to just deal with it and give the company the benefit of the doubt.
