I'm having a fantastic experience using this. I'm an intermediate lifter that was out of the gym about a month, so the basic workouts were a fantastic way to get back into lifting and it was only a couple weeks before I was doing the higher volume splits. I enjoy these workouts because I don't have to deal with the hassles of going to the gym, waiting for the machine or rack, and listening to terrible modern music.
