I’ve had the original X3 footplate and it was good (not the shredder plate) the Floyd Reed plate and it was better and now this one and it’s the best! Two channels allow multiple options and it has the smoothest band action of all. Top notch.

Just got the Silver XL ropes in the mail. Good stuff, they make it a lot easier to get the bar up on the shoulders with heavy bands without having to wrestle the bar.

I just received my Harambe Arm Bar today and the quality of this bar is as good if not better than what you would find in any commercial gym. This footplate for me is a game changer. I love the ability to slide bands right under the plate. I also like the slots on the vertical and horizontal side which made it more versatile for standard exercises while using the board to do a more traditional bench press lying in a yoga block or using the plate on a bench! How many shaker bottles does someone need?? Well you wont need another one once you get your hands on this amazing bottle. Not only does it look great it is very functional. Keeps things cold (or warm), doesn't leak. Absolutely the best bottle I have ever purchased.

This is the number one game changer of resistance band boards. The rollers take all the friction out of band you're working with so when you're working out, your only going against all band resistance and not friction. I absolutely LOVE this board! Best resistance band accessory I own to date!

Exactly as advertised. This is a beast of a bag. Cleverly designed compartments to fit the bar and board, and spacious compartments of various sizes to fit everything else. The sturdy, hiking-style backpack straps and kidney belt are a must because carrying your entire Harambe System in one bag is a heavy load. I can also see this being a handy piece of luggage to have on hand for other uses like transporting music equipment or other accessory-heavy gear.

These are an interesting addition to the different iterations of spacers Harambe has put out. The V1s offering an open end design allow for slipping them on slightly faster since you have to take the rod off to slip on the V2. But the V2s are nice as they offer more security by having closed ends. If you have multiple sets of ropes and rods these can be left on certain sets for incremental change outs in tension. I like having both versions of spacers.

These shaker bottles have been the best all around protein mixers in my experience. They’ll keep beverages cold for hours also. Super easy to clean which is important to keep from getting that nasty protein smell that usually happens to shakers.

Love the Cybermat! It’s honestly been a game changer for my workouts. Chest presses feel way more comfortable, and I’m able to keep better form without that sharp pressure on my upper back and shoulders. The grip and cushioning make a big difference on any exercise where you’re lying on a bench or the floor. It’s one of those small upgrades that ends up making the whole session smoother and more enjoyable. Definitely worth it.

After my first full pull day workout, I am a huge fan of the Harambe bar and handles! I’ve had back problems for 40 years (seriously) and being able to have a slightly wider grip (less than 2 inches) resulted in no pain today. The Harambe bar and sling system has been a fantastic way to stay fit, especially while stuck at home during a pandemic. It is amazing how much of a full gym workout one can get with just this small piece of equipment. It's clear that a lot of thought was put into the design of this bar. The size allows for many different grips, and its weight and solidity feel great. It's easy to use and I can get a great workout in 20-25 minutes.

Awesome device. I've lifted free weights over two decades, and I was skeptical that stand-alone banded training could work. So far, I can report back that it does. I had tested X3 and wasn't very satisfied. However, unlike with most bands, after workouts with Harambe I actually feel sore. Great purchase, highly recommend.
