Worked out in a gym for 14 years and with other bands for 4 — Harambe is the best of both worlds with all the benefits of bands combined with strong low range force that gets you SORE as only weights used to for me. That, combined with the ability to rock bench and incline in a way that friggen feels like a real bench is fantastic. Excellence is in the details and this is an excellent product.

The Harambe System Footplate is hands down THE BEST footplate on the market. The materials, craftsmanship, and practicality of the footplate make it stand out from the rest. It is well worth it for the price and I'm confident that I will get many, many years of use out of it without it being worse for wear. To say that I'm happy with my purchase is an understatement!

The Harambe system is incredible. The attention to detail of each component is unmatched. These rods (combined with the various ropes) make loading an unloading bands very easy to do. They also provide a smooth and even resistance that will never damage the bands due to the hand polished design. I highly recommend if you are considering a band training system that you pull the trigger and get a Harambe System. You wont regret it.

I got the gray band because I wanted to be sure I had plenty of resistance options. Little did I know that the basic bands that come with the Harambe System are very challenging. I am really looking forward to building up to some super heavy squats and deadlifts with this band. The Serious Steel bands are very well made and provide excellent resistance that should challenge most people.

I bought several ropes to compliment my K-Bar setup. The Sapphire ropes allow a double band setup without the need for the bands to cross the bar. Combined with the right band they are super challenging for various squats and single leg squats. Another super cool idea from Harambe System.

First and foremost, I want to speak about Customer Service. Harambe System has the best customer service that I have dealt with in a long time. I am the proud owner of the L Bar, Harambe foot plate, and the handles. I ordered a K bar and it never arrived (UPS issue). I filed a claim with UPS and contacted Harambe. Harambe System emailed me back right away apologizing, sent a new K bar, and included a Harambe Shaker cup for free! I am blown away that they took care of the issue so fast and ...

Having broke a Wsakque band recently I wanted to try out a different band and Serious Steel has had good reviews, so I jumped on the sale and so far I am not regretting it. I am noticing that the resistance seems better than my other bands of the same size, tho that could be because it is new. Time will tell!

Harambe System products are simply the best in quality and craftsmanship. They are expensive but with that said it is a one time purchase that will outlast you, and they are tailor made for the system. The arm bar has a great weight and feel, the knurling is excellent, and There are 3 grip options from narrow to wide. Great product!

This bar is a nice addition to Harambe System’s offerings. I have the K bar and the T bar V1 in addition to the T bar V2. I like that this T bar is slightly thicker and heavier than the V1 for some at home exercises. I find forearm and bicep engagement is increased in exercises like curls and rows. If someone is on the fence between V1 and V2 of the T bar I would say go with the V1 if it’s going to be mainly used for travel (it’s almost 2 lbs lighter). Go with V2 if it will be an even mix of ...

This Harambro workout is no joke. I'm an experienced lifter used to going heavy, and this workout will stress you (in a good way). Heavy, lots of reps, big muscle movements. Good stuff.

I'm 6ft tall and the 38inch bands are ideal for me on chest press. 41s are a bit too long and 32s a bit too short so am very pleased I can now work my chest press properly which is the o ly movement u struggled with when I changed to using resistance bands

Awesome bar! If you want to work with high tension I recommend this bar which will feel great in your hands. The Knurling isn’t overly aggressive so you can put it on your back without it making a mark like a barbell might do

Already have the K & L bars, like the different weights. Adding the OG bar is a great addition because I like the tape grip and the versatility that this bar gives me as well!!

Have had the L Bar for a couple weeks now and am really enjoying it. Love the weight/size of the bar as it allows for natural movements (compared to a much smaller competitors bar I had been using before!) I'm having fantastic workouts and in the comfort of my own home!

Serious Steel makes great bands. Outside of the new Harambe bands these are my go to. If you do buy serious steel bands, definitely do so through Harambe, their shipping is faster in my experience than buying straight from SS.

The cork block is a well thought out implement for Harambe. I recommend having at least two if you’re able. I find the propped up chest presses easier with two blocks, 1 to hold the bar, and 1 to prop up the board.

These bands are absolutely the best to use with the Harambe System. I’ve used so many different brands including the Serious Steel sold by Harambe. No other band comes close. These are obviously made for a band bar system. The 38” length is a perfect medium between the standard 41” and the shorter 32”. Some movements are just too close for 41 in my experience (like chest press) and some don’t feel quite right with 32 (like deadlift or OH press). The 38’s eliminate this problem and seem to be the...

Wow, these bands are a gamechanger. That word gets thrown around a lot but these bands really do change the experience of resistance band training. The two main reasons for this: 1) The slightly shorter length than the usual 41" bands mean greater tension at the beginning of the movement; I find this results in a more complete muscle fatigue and the ability to get there faster. 2) These bands have a much smoother stretch than the other brands of bands I have used. It's difficult to put the diffe...

I just received my Harambe Arm Bar today and the quality of this bar is as good if not better than what you would find in any commercial gym. The weight of it, the knurling, totally worth the purchase. It's nice to see there are still companies out there that make quality products that are built to last. Thank you Harambe Systems.

Love the cork block. A perfect way to protect your feet during lifts and a convenient place to set the bar between exercises to change the bands and hangers. Well done!

The door anchor is exactly what I was looking for. When I place it under or over a shut door: I am confident that it’s not going anywhere while I complete my exercises. Great job, guys!!!

The T Bar is a great addition to the Harambe System whether you have the K Bar already or not. I use this one for travel, but also certain exercises are nice to switch up from the K Bar and use this one instead. As with all other Harambe products very high quality and feels solid in spite of the lighter weight.

Bought this with the footplate (already had the original bar.) Nice size for travel, good for variety with the original or K, shorter length drops the tension a lot for single looped moves (OHP and front/split squats.) Seems to increase tension for chest press.

Pieced together K bundle plus white ropes and spacers with refurbished/factory second plate. Received order very quickly over busy holiday period, very impressed with customer service. Quick background, I’ve Olympic lifted and power lifted for close to 20 years and got into resistance bands to complement free weight training a few years ago. Not to say I’m more qualified to review than others in community, just that I’m very used to and enjoy traditional barbell/dumbbell training and a variety o...

Incredible bar! If you are switched from weights to bands, this is the one for you. Beautiful knurling, solid and heaye, very smooth rotation. This feels like you are holding a barbell, without destroying your joints.

The smoothness is more and more apparent as you use it. Exercises that hurt more and are more difficult are now easier to rep out once you get used to the increased weight of the bar compared to leading products on the market. Rows and calf raises are game changers now. More stabilizers are engaged, you can tell by the wobble of the demonstrator in the demo videos. The only drawback if I am grasping for straws is the ability to throw it in the hook and go, but if you get a real good price on one...

Just got the Silver XL ropes in the mail. Good stuff, they make it a lot easier to get the bar up on the shoulders with heavy bands without having to wrestle the bar.

The K bar is awesome. My shoulders are wide and my chest and back are thick. I can't get in position with the X3 on presses and squats. The K is heavily built and rotates really smooth.

These bands are truly next level good. I didn't realize that there could be such a huge difference in bands however now that I have experienced Harambes I can that yours are the best of the best!

This footplate for me is a game changer. I love the ability to slide bands right under the plate. I also like the slots on the vertical and horizontal side which made it more versatile for standard exercises while using the board to do a more traditional bench press lying in a yoga block or using the plate on a bench! It’s solidly made and very comfortable on the feet. Thank you Khalid!!!

How many shaker bottles does someone need?? Well you wont need another one once you get your hands on this amazing bottle. Not only does it look great it is very functional. Keeps things cold (or warm), doesn't leak. Absolutely the best bottle I have ever purchased.

Making me regret X3. Just got my band pack and oh my god they're so much different than 41'' bands. Anyone in the market for a resistance band training system needs to buy a Harambe System. Don't bother with any of the others.

BUY IT NOW! WORTH EVERY PENNY! Literally the best band system out there. If you're like me and come from a heavy weightlifting background, and may have some injuries, or just want to try something different, this is what you're looking for! I tried the X3 system which was my 1st foray into using bands for actual weight training, and it wasn't bad, but this is WAY better! I can do more bodybuilding type movements with this system and the bar is bigger! I used the X3 system for two weeks then retu...

Exactly as advertised. This is a beast of a bag. Cleverly designed compartments to fit the bar and board, and spacious compartments of various sizes to fit everything else. The sturdy, hiking-style backpack straps and kidney belt are a must because carrying your entire Harambe System in one bag is a heavy load. I can also see this being a handy piece of luggage to have on hand for other uses like transporting music equipment or other accessory-heavy gear.

These are an interesting addition to the different iterations of spacers Harambe has put out. The V1s offering an open end design allow for slipping them on slightly faster since you have to take the rod off to slip on the V2. But the V2s are nice as they offer more security by having closed ends. If you have multiple sets of ropes and rods these can be left on certain sets for incremental change outs in tension. I like having both versions of spacers.
Spacers V2

I have the OG spacers, while I like those for the design, there’s no denying how simple and effective these are. They slide on so easy and allow incremental tension changes. Great product.
