It’s been 15 years with weights, 5 years with bands — this is hands down the best workout I’ve ever had. Not even close. Bench press, incline, curls, shoulder press, stand up rows, amazing dead lifts and squats — all with the smoothness of free weights, benefits of variable resistance and no wear and tear on the bands. The cyber plate was the missing piece to a perfect system.
Looks great in my guest room / gym, and so beneficial to fit in better-than-gym quality workouts in the period of time...
