Already have the K & L bars, like the different weights. Adding the OG bar is a great addition because I like the tape grip and the versatility that this bar gives me as well!!

Have had the L Bar for a couple weeks now and am really enjoying it. Love the weight/size of the bar as it allows for natural movements (compared to a much smaller competitors bar I had been using before!) I'm having fantastic workouts and in the comfort of my own home!

I'm 6ft tall and the 38inch bands are ideal for me on chest press. 41s are a bit too long and 32s a bit too short so am very pleased I can now work my chest press properly which is the o ly movement u struggled with when I changed to using resistance bands

The cork block is a well thought out implement for Harambe. I recommend having at least two if you’re able. I find the propped up chest presses easier with two blocks, 1 to hold the bar, and 1 to prop up the board.

These bands are absolutely the best to use with the Harambe System. I’ve used so many different brands including the Serious Steel sold by Harambe. No other band comes close. These are obviously made for a band bar system. The 38” length is a perfect medium between the standard 41” and the shorter 32”. Some movements are just too close for 41 in my experience (like chest press) and some don’t feel quite right with 32 (like deadlift or OH press). The 38’s eliminate this problem and seem to be the...

Serious Steel makes great bands. Outside of the new Harambe bands these are my go to. If you do buy serious steel bands, definitely do so through Harambe, their shipping is faster in my experience than buying straight from SS.

Wow, these bands are a gamechanger. That word gets thrown around a lot but these bands really do change the experience of resistance band training. The two main reasons for this: 1) The slightly shorter length than the usual 41" bands mean greater tension at the beginning of the movement; I find this results in a more complete muscle fatigue and the ability to get there faster. 2) These bands have a much smoother stretch than the other brands of bands I have used. It's difficult to put the diffe...

A great option for those who aren't using the big bands. lighter weight and pairs perfectly for the T Bar even up through some of the new Harambe system bands!

I just received my Harambe Arm Bar today and the quality of this bar is as good if not better than what you would find in any commercial gym. The weight of it, the knurling, totally worth the purchase. It's nice to see there are still companies out there that make quality products that are built to last. Thank you Harambe Systems.

The jungle. Love this system. Exceptional quality and design with outstanding customer service.

Love the cork block. A perfect way to protect your feet during lifts and a convenient place to set the bar between exercises to change the bands and hangers. Well done!

The door anchor is exactly what I was looking for. When I place it under or over a shut door: I am confident that it’s not going anywhere while I complete my exercises. Great job, guys!!!

Bought this with the footplate (already had the original bar.) Nice size for travel, good for variety with the original or K, shorter length drops the tension a lot for single looped moves (OHP and front/split squats.) Seems to increase tension for chest press.

The T Bar is a great addition to the Harambe System whether you have the K Bar already or not. I use this one for travel, but also certain exercises are nice to switch up from the K Bar and use this one instead. As with all other Harambe products very high quality and feels solid in spite of the lighter weight.

Incredible bar! If you are switched from weights to bands, this is the one for you. Beautiful knurling, solid and heaye, very smooth rotation. This feels like you are holding a barbell, without destroying your joints.

The smoothness is more and more apparent as you use it. Exercises that hurt more and are more difficult are now easier to rep out once you get used to the increased weight of the bar compared to leading products on the market. Rows and calf raises are game changers now. More stabilizers are engaged, you can tell by the wobble of the demonstrator in the demo videos. The only drawback if I am grasping for straws is the ability to throw it in the hook and go, but if you get a real good price on one...

Love the footplate board. Tried it out today with some leg stuff.... Incredible!!! Just did the Incline press with the yoga block today loved it

Just got the Silver XL ropes in the mail. Good stuff, they make it a lot easier to get the bar up on the shoulders with heavy bands without having to wrestle the bar.

The K bar is awesome. My shoulders are wide and my chest and back are thick. I can't get in position with the X3 on presses and squats. The K is heavily built and rotates really smooth.

This footplate for me is a game changer. I love the ability to slide bands right under the plate. I also like the slots on the vertical and horizontal side which made it more versatile for standard exercises while using the board to do a more traditional bench press lying in a yoga block or using the plate on a bench! It’s solidly made and very comfortable on the feet. Thank you Khalid!!!

These bands are truly next level good. I didn't realize that there could be such a huge difference in bands however now that I have experienced Harambes I can that yours are the best of the best!

BUY IT NOW! WORTH EVERY PENNY! Literally the best band system out there. If you're like me and come from a heavy weightlifting background, and may have some injuries, or just want to try something different, this is what you're looking for! I tried the X3 system which was my 1st foray into using bands for actual weight training, and it wasn't bad, but this is WAY better! I can do more bodybuilding type movements with this system and the bar is bigger! I used the X3 system for two weeks then retu...

Exactly as advertised. This is a beast of a bag. Cleverly designed compartments to fit the bar and board, and spacious compartments of various sizes to fit everything else. The sturdy, hiking-style backpack straps and kidney belt are a must because carrying your entire Harambe System in one bag is a heavy load. I can also see this being a handy piece of luggage to have on hand for other uses like transporting music equipment or other accessory-heavy gear.

These are an interesting addition to the different iterations of spacers Harambe has put out. The V1s offering an open end design allow for slipping them on slightly faster since you have to take the rod off to slip on the V2. But the V2s are nice as they offer more security by having closed ends. If you have multiple sets of ropes and rods these can be left on certain sets for incremental change outs in tension. I like having both versions of spacers.

Making me regret X3. Just got my band pack and oh my god they're so much different than 41'' bands. Anyone in the market for a resistance band training system needs to buy a Harambe System. Don't bother with any of the others.

I have the OG spacers, while I like those for the design, there’s no denying how simple and effective these are. They slide on so easy and allow incremental tension changes. Great product.

These shaker bottles have been the best all around protein mixers in my experience. They’ll keep beverages cold for hours also. Super easy to clean which is important to keep from getting that nasty protein smell that usually happens to shakers.

Great product for evolution over the V1 charcoal ropes. These seem to have less “give” in them and make some of the same movements more intense than the charcoal ropes. Definitely recommend buying to upgrade current ropes if you can.

Great set of bands, nice curve, easy to stack. Good compromise on length between 41” and 32” options. Have only had for about two weeks, but so far have become my primary set of bands (along with the Blue one.)

This bar is a game changer. So much more versatile than competing bars. It can be used for full workouts of all types with no discernible loss of efficacy. It's meant for portability, but it's just a bit too long to put in a carry-on sized bag. You definitely need to put it in a large checked bag or duffle, and diagonally. It helps to optimize the following exercises: curls, shoulder press, tricep press/French press, front squats. It works for everything but it shines on those exercises. Its per...

Sturdy block and well thought out. I love all the grooves so you can rest the bar on the block. I like the feel of cork too so that's a nice bonus.

I love this footplate. Originally I was hesitant to buy the product because it is expensive and I even looked around to see if I could find cheaper alternatives. In the end I bought the plate, and I am so glad that I did. When it first arrived I was surprised with how sturdy it was and it had a really good weight to it. This product is solid and I feel confident that I can use stronger bands without worrying that the plate will break. It feels great too and has great ergonomics. I still t...

Received my light bar yesterday!! Thanks for quick shipping! I am happy and impressed! Very high quality and well engineered. I did not realize that the slings were now polished? Tried some quick chest presses with a light band. With the additional bar length I was expecting the resistance to feel heavier but it actually felt lighter because my wrists were not flexed sideways to the max. I ordered two Rogue 41" bands with resistance to fit the gaps in my Serious Steel bands. They have already...

Very easy to put on and take off. Just what I need when I want to go ‘heavier’ but going up a band is not possible and much quicker than changing the length of rope.

After my first full pull day workout, I am a huge fan of the Harambe bar and handles! I’ve had back problems for 40 years (seriously) and being able to have a slightly wider grip (less than 2 inches) resulted in no pain today. Sure, I’m going to keep the Hypervolt charged, but I was able to stand up after deadlifts. The handles were awesome for concentration curls and bent rows. The next few days will be fun to experiment with bands and exercises. I’m looking forward to the conversation I wi...

This bar is sturdy and heavy with quality knurling. The action is buttery smooth and it takes up minimal space. 100% as good as any weight bar.

Great Bar! I have just received the L Bar and I have been an X3 user for 3 years now. The X3 bands are great but the plate is substandard and the bar is good but not great. I just finished a push workout and am amazed how well engineered the bar is. I have a Floyd Reed plate and the wide plate paired with the bar is perfect. Thank you for engineering such a great Bar / System. I will be recommending this system now over all other Bar systems. The Harambe System is superior to the X3 equipment, h...
