Fantastic product, miles ahead of the competition. Bands glide incredibly smoothly, no more hitches or nicks and scratches on the bands, just a smooth cable like feel. It’s built like a tank and I think it will hold up really well. Kudos on a great product. The new gold standard for plates.

You definitely NEED the Harambe butter to increase the lifespan of your bands. The mineral oil helps preserve the elasticity and the durability of the bands. It also prevents tears and sticking during workouts. Properly maintaining your bands and applying oil once a months helps your bands move smoothly under the platform and through your T-Rods or K-Rods during workouts. I'm an X3 user and bought the Cyberplate as my first purchase with Harambe. It's expensive, but extremely well made and innovative. I love the new plate, it is one of the best additions to my resistant band workouts out of all the things I've purchased for it. Highly recommend getting it if you are on the fence.

the K-Rods are a Q-U-A-L-I-T-Y piece of equipment for resistance bands! Granted, the K-Rods need to be used in conjunction with the Harambee Ropes, however, by themselves, they are great!

Enjoying the entire system! Combined with the workout plans and videos I get resistance training on my time in the comfort of my apartment. The accessibility is unparalleled, akin to putting on tennis shoes for a run. As a medical trainee this virtually eliminated the barriers to classic weight training. I absolutely LOVE these bands. I have various other latex bands, and I didn't think these would be that much different, but they are! I bought the Deluxe Cyber Bundle along with most of the other Harambe products and everything is super highly quality and the Cyber Plate is so smooth. I love this pad for bench press! It's significantly more comfortable for my back. I also find it really useful for split squats to keep the plate in place. I found that the plate was sliding on a wood floor a little bit, but once I put the pad underneath it's completely locked in place! Very high quality, as I would expect from Harambe!

I recently purchased my Harambe System and the bands have a dull white powder look to them like when you put on latex gloves that have powder. I wiped them down with baby wipes, dried them, then applied the Harambe butter to all of my bands. They look great now, no white powder look and I trust that using the Harambe butter will prolong there use. I highly recommend getting the Harambe butter if you plan on using your bands a lot and want to get as much use out of them as possible.

Manhattan Bar is amazing, only bar available for resistance band training that truly allows for all compound push and pull movements. The length is the key to chest presses and squats.
