These are some solid wedges! I even take these to the gym to squat with shoes on. It makes it so much more comfortable to start off from the sitting position to a front squat. I am an X3 enthusiast but the 38” Harambe bands are better for every major exercise from both a length and uniform tension perspective. The min/max tension ranges are calibrated better. Typically, the tension doubles from low to high on Harambe bands. Some X3 bands triple or more - so going up in band color can be challenging. At 5’8”, I would have to wrap X3 41” bands for chest, tricep & DL. The 38” Harambe is perfect. Better than the Serious Steel 37” as well.

For a few excersises (bench and tricep extension)I was in want of more tension in the lower part of the range of motion. Spacers delivered exactly what I was looking for. With the new design they can be added at the end (after bands and slings are fully loaded) really easily. Highly recommend.

I have had the L bar for a few months now and was using it with the competitors board and SS bands. I just picked up the Harambe plate and bands. It is a completely different experience. Love it! T handles are next.

Yeah, realizing the truth of "the body doesn't know where the resistance comes from". I hit it WAY too hard during week one, and I hadn't though through the transitions between exercises. Doing better now and I'm getting into a rhythm! BTW I LOVE THIS GEAR and I'll probably NEVER go back to a gym!

Out of all the platforms I've tried, this is the absolute best resistance band platform. Compared to the travel bar, the Manhattan is better. The longer length allows for a wider grip placement range for more exercise variations. Also the the bands begin stretching earlier which is nice for certain workouts like deadlifts; providing a wider range of resistance.

I love how it keeps the slings completely away from the arms. I still prefer the T Bar for a few movements, but the K Bar is my favorite for most exercises.

The Harambe footboard is solid. The width feels natural on squats, and the cross channels provide optional band positioning that many other boards don't accommodate. The grip on top is nice and the non slip pads on the bottom are a nice touch.

As someone who has been working out solely with resistance bands for 2 years, I wanted to find a way to improve the experience.
