Pricey, but the best handles I've had so far. As far as I know, they are the only handles you can load with heavy resistance bands. Also, the knurling feels really good. All in all, I don't regret the purchase.

While I’m still compiling the equipment to use properly. I couldn’t resist the urge to test drive the bands without the bar. I am amazed at the strength required to pull the dark &light green bands. I am totally sold on this system.

I want to start off and say I have both the Harambe system and X3 bar. The Harambe system is much smoother, the bar is more sturdy and honestly more versatile being able to do more exercises with it. I really am glad I have moved to the harambe system recently. Seems like it will be a game changer.

This is a solid piece of equipment. The quality, fit, and finish are meticulously spectacular! Once you acclimate to the fastening system you can really get a smooth flowing workout.

I have to admit that I was initially a doubter, and tried different bars from competitors. However, I would have saved quite some money had I just decided for this bar in the first place. Using it in combination with slings and spacers gives you endless options and room for pro-/regressions that I don’t want to miss anymore.
P.S.: Should Harambe ever decide to produce a bigger footplate I might decide to swap my current one as well.

As with every Harambe product I have purchased, it is top quality. I could not ask for a better made product. I already have a K system (which I love and use all the time) and getting the T bundle for travel has been amazing. Currently in Mexico travelling around with it has been great. It's well-built and sturdy. You can actually feel the quality, which makes it stand out from standard plates. As advertised, lifts feel very smooth and I haven't noticed any sticking points so far. The rope and spacer system unlock a lot more usage out of a set of bands. I’m 5’6”. I use green-black ropes (sometimes with spacers) when I want the most instance workout with the bar or handles (bicep curls/rows/overhead presses/shoulder shrugs/tricep presses over the shoulder/etc). I use the yellow rope with 32” bands for deadlift and chest press. If doing deadlift or chest press with 38” bands I use green ropes, sometimes with a spacer. I purchased the K Bar bundle as part of my plan to improve my health and fitness. I had been saving for a rack, weights and a bench for my home gym. The orange band is excellent. especially due to the constant pain in my right shoulder due to not warming up properly for an incline bench press. The orange band is great to warm up the whole shoulder safely. Once warm, again thanks to the orange band , I can workout my shoulders hard again with little or no pain with the Harambe bands only . No weights. Also if you need to make an exercise just a little harder reach for the orange band. it's just right.
