You shipped it to the wrong address. It was send to Oklahoma instead of Virginia. Despite my repeated messages to you and the fact you acknowledged the shipping address had been updated, it was still shipped to Oklahoma instead of Virginia.. Your service department has been either unable or incapable of understanding my follow ups to rectify the situation. Instead, you keep repeating the same message: Please check to see if your neighbors have the item. Your customer service is abysmal.

The blanket does its intended job. Your customer service on the other hand sucks! Shipper later than the “estimated” date. Once it finally shipped the arrival do not meet the express shipping I paid for. Emailed back and forth a couple times then they just put me on ignore. Guess I need to find a competitor that delivers.

Not nearly the size listed. Great item though just much smaller. Queen size is closer to a full size blanket. The pillow is junk, complete waste of money. Both issues being considered I wouldn't suggest your site or products to anyone.

Haven't unpackaged the blanket. Wanted to exchange it for a black colored blanket but you made it rediculously difficult to do that. My plans for trying any love blanket have evaporated at the present time.

This is the one product that I received out of 3 products ordered. I love this blanket, and would love to have the rest of my order. 3 stars is because the customer service portion of love Blanet is horrible. No one will listen to my problem. All I get is automatic responses. And I still over a month later, do not have the other two products. It was close to a 2 star rating, but I really do love the blanket!
