I would love to add a photo - but I can't because not only did my item not arrive, but contacting customer service multiple times only generated ONE response "check with your neighbors" No photo proof-of-delivery, no tracking update, no replacement and no credit. These might be the best blanket in the world but some of us will never know. Do NOT recommend chancing business. Once their sales start to dry up, we won't hear from the company anymore. Not that I'm hearing from them now... #GhostedBy...

The length of time it took for the item to be shipped was absolutely ridiculous. I waited over three weeks for my blanket. I contacted your customer service twice through email and only after stating that I was going to have the Credit Card Charge disputed with the merchant because the item had not been received did the item finally shipped. While I am satisfied with how well the blanket performs its stated function, it is a nightmare to clean! The care instructions on the item are misleading, and I would have appreciated being informed before or at the time of purchase that it requires special care. Washing it and drying it has become a chore and a headache.

Positives: it's relatively cool, certainly compared to the regular blanket. It's certainly waterproof and very comfortable. Negative: regardless of how high you put the spin cycle in the washer it comes out soaking wet still. You spend a lot of drying time and energy wasted with very long dryer cycles. Which makes me not want to get it dirty so I have to wash it... Which defeats the purpose.
