Unfortunately the bunions correctors didn't seem to help my rather large bunions. I couldn't fault the team on Customer services, they responded sympathetically to my concerns, giving suggestions. Once I requested a refund they gave me 2 options, the one I took was to get half the cost back and to keep my correctors, which I thought was very fair.
