I have been using it for about 3 weeks. I have osteoarthritis in both knees. In my worse of the two I was told I had acute advanced osteoarthritis 4 years ago. In using this I haven't expected a miracle and believe I need consistent use over a longer period of time to assess results. I don't notice any major changes yet but I will continue.

I've been using it twice a day (morning & afternoon) 2 times on both knees. Uses it every other day, so far there's a little difference after use, pain subsides but in a few hours the pain's back when walking (putting weight) on the bone on bone knee. I'll give it a leeway for more time before evaluating. But there's improvements.

I say it's okay because it doesn't fit snug against my knee. Maybe I haven't figured out how to put it on right yet. I like the heat the most. Haven't figured out how to use it for my shoulders. Saw on the comments on FB that it could be used for the shoulders. I would purchase one if you all created one for the shoulders.
