Broke my knee just after Christmas 2022. Ordered this have used it off and on and it has helped. I have larger legs and so the strap doesn't hook so i must push the unit on to my knee and hold it other wise it doesnt work for me...

I've had this since Feb 11 and decided I should tighten it up now. Disappointed in that the left side would not tighten up correctly. It made the racheting sound but the wires didn't tighten up like the right one. The wires were very taut on the right one and slack on the left. After manipulating the wires by hand I was able to tighten it up more. I hope this will help my bunion alignment more. Going to continue wearing it at night.

Massage feature pretty good but redundant pulses in same spot can be irritating. Heat even on low gets too intense so I turn it off. Works better on one knee that has light pain, knee with intense pain is too sensitive.

It is very easy to use, and I have found it is helping my knee, I have been doing one treatment everyday on the one and every other day on the other knee as it isn’t as bad. I really like the device it does seem to be helping. Only I would change is by making the velcro straps longer. For people with legs that are larger they just barely go around. One of my legs is a little bit larger than the other and I have a hard time getting it to stay together other than that I do like the device. I would recommend it to others.

That individual found her knee swollen and painful for days after using the Treatmedy. I suggested she send it back and she is resistant. I don't know why she'd get this result, and suspect she may have bone spurs.
