Certainly reduces the pain when used daily. My pain is substantial and doesn't eliminate the pain completely but allows me to get around much faster, with a much more relaxed gait. I am hopeful that over time and regular use I can see enough of a reduction of the pain that knee replacements for both knees will not be necessary. I have had stem cell treatments for my right knee trying to avoid surgery or knee replacement. Part of the treatment program is infrared therapy. When I saw your product it looked ideal to supplement the therapy and treatments.
