I have had a bunion for years (maybe 28 years) and my Big toe leans so much to the right on my right foot that I am having problems with my balance and my right knee has been bothering me, I have spoke to many people about their surgery and they all said it didnt quite work. I had one of these bunion things before and tried to wear it at night but it always slipped off. This one has the extra strap to prevent that. It takes a while to get used to how the tensioner works, but it's painless in use. Haven't has it long enough to notice any change inside my foot.
