The Red Label Abrasives ceramic edge core belts work great. I have been grinding blades out of CPM S90V which is very wear resistant and these belts are cutting and holding up very well!!

I loved using the edge core belts I started out on a 4x36 sander using them and they made a world of difference I recently upgraded to a 2x72 grinder and these belts will hog off material! I use primarily red label abrasives for all my knife grinding. The ceramic belts last a really long time and are great for all my shaping and bevel grinding. The aluminum oxide belts are a great price! And can really polish things up nicely.

After using regular 400 grit ao belts I tried a back of these belts and what a difference. I was able to get a nice smooth consistent 400 grit finish on the bevel part of my blades. Excellent product!

I cut these knife blades out of old circular saw blades and used the Red Label coarse knife sanding belts to put an edge on them! They worked great as I started with the 40 grit and worked down to the P150 belt! I would highly recommend these belts!

A must have if you are after a highly polished and screaming sharp edge. I’ve used Red Label Abrasives for three years now and have never been let down. In the photo is a custom knife I made recently. I started the edge bevel with a 220 grit belt, then 600, then used the leather stripping belt. It left a mirror polished edge and is incredibly sharp

I bought the fine grit variety pack and man did it make a difference. The belts seem to hold up a lot longer than my others and you can just feel the difference in quality. I got this knife almost to a mirror finish and I kindof feel like I cheated.

I sharpen very expensive hair shears, many costing over $1000 each. Over the last 35 years I have used abrasives from 3M, Fujistar and many more.
These silicone carbide abrasives I’m buying from Red Label (Fintech Abrasives) are, hands down, the best I’ve ever used. They are very cheap to buy and I find it amazing how long they last. I am getting superb results with them.

If we're sharing honest opinions, I can't really tell much of a quality difference of 2x72 belts from any of the abrasives companies. What separates Red Label from the others is that they're typically a bit cheaper, they're more one on one with the customer, which I greatly appreciate, and I prefer the way their products are packaged. For me, it's all about the small details.

I had a lot of "spalling" on garage floor, some fairly large areas. I investigated whether I could sand concrete and found your product on Amazon. I didn't really know what grit to order, but first order was packs of 80 and 120 grit. They worked well, but when I needed more I went directly to Red Label website and ordered packs of 36 and 60 grit. With what I am doing, the 60 grit is almost the perfect grit.

I needed to shine up some raw stainless steel for this knife. I saw it on Amazon so I decided to go to the company directly. I was told that they don't like to sell this product because it does not track properly on my 4 x 24 belt sander. I was looking for 600 and 800 grit . Anyways I spent 2 hours on each side of the knife. I'm sure it could have looked like a mirror but it's outside and a piece of the yard. This belt sander product worked very well in my opinion. It worked well for me.

I’m a beginner bladesmith still rockin’ a 1x30 belt grinder right now til I can upgrade to a 2x72, but these 1x30 belts from red label abrasives sure do make it easier to work with! The grinding time was reduced significantly with their selection of coarse belts and I was able to get way cleaner plunge and grind lines. Highly recommend these if you are still using a 1x30!

I purchased these belts and use of touching up hollow grinds making sure they are all smooth and uniform as much as possible by freehand. these belts leave a great finish along with removing just enough material to clean up any prior mistakes and to help blend issues in.
