I ordered the bag which seems like a nice bag but it did not come with the clasp for holding the handles together, which in my opinion is completely necessary on a duffle bag. So I contacted the company and they said they would send something out, I thought great! But they sent me these two tiny little snap straps (see pics) instead of the regular clasps you see in their pictures!! So disappointed! Guess I should have bought elsewhere. Live and learn I suppose, and don't buy off someone on Faceb...

my wife bought me the large duffle for valentines day. It took a bit longer to ship than expected but was very happy with it when it arrived.
