This is a great bag and a great deal. It's a fairly roomy bag too. I recently took just this bag on a one night trip out of state and it was a joy to carry just one bag on a plane.

Quality of leather leaves much to be desired. Overpriced for the quality of leather. Would have been impressed if the straps were fully leather but they’re not. They are mare of canvas with a strip of leather across it. Customer service is okay.

It's a nice size bag, and I love the color. But the bag material (maybe cowhide, NOT soft leather, as I had hoped) is VERY stiff (I was expecting it to be soft and "worn in," as it appears in the picture), the straps are folded under the buckles and the creases on the straps are very deep... Think of a brand new baseball glove, stiff and immovable.... but not as soft... At least with a baseball glove, you can break it in by playing catch with it. With the bag, not sure how to break it in... o...

Pros: Looks good, spacious, apears to be well made. Cons: Very thin, low quality leather. It smells bad. Snaps installed with plastic between the snap and leather that is impossible to remove completely. You have to trim around the snaps. It will do for now, but eventually I will have to purchase the high quality soft leather laptop bag that I hoped this one would be.
