My dog is rugged loves to chase . This harness keeps us both safe and I check the fitting Everytime we go out to make sure it's not too tight, it isn't. Love the comfort it brings my furry baby and the hooks where the leash goes is very sturdy. It really amazes me how sturdy it is. She pulls and dashes out. This harness is one heck of an upgrade from our previous harness that was not built as well. Putting on and taking of the harness is much easier due to the larger opening so she doesn't have to squeeze her head through before and after walks. The pull out pockets and poop bag holder work well and it's nice having extra bags on the harness itself. Don't laugh, but this leash has made a huge difference with my 7 lb. Maltese. He has always been very stubborn when walking on his traditional leash using a step-in harness. The 3 tuggers love it. Two of them will not let go of it no matter where they wander to in the house lol. Also, there's no weird odor. (Thank you for that!). It feels durable and well made. I decided to try the Fida, Tug and Mighty Paw retractable leashes for myself since the reviews were great for all 3. For reference, my pup is around 20 pounds.The Mighty Paw was the heaviest and felt "heavy duty" in my hands. It also had the largest clip of the 3 brands. My baby is 4 months old and the harness is still to large around the neck. As you can see at the top to velcro it securely around the body it had to overlap and is not a flat snap closure. It's very soft and there is no smell.
