I bought this because I didn't want a cheapy plastic rucksack buckle, and extra layer of webbing that comes with them. I much prefer the simple traditional buckle and eyelet closure and this collar didn't disappoint. Great quality webbing with exceptional stitching, padding and metal work. I'm a low-experience dog walker (mostly medium-large dogs) at my local shelter and the 6ft leash is perfect, not too long/short (I also tried similar 8ft version which was harder for me to maneuver).
