This is my second order of the strap. The first one I gave to my bass player. This second one I made the mistake of ordering the short strap. When I emailed CFG about it, they told me to send it back and they will replace it with the longer one. I had to pay for shipping it back as I was not in the US. But they didn't charge me extra for the longer strap. It was an excellent experience. What a great service! I also have the CFG Sonicsphere which in itself is an excellent product.

The stand is a good shape and size. It holds an acoustic guitar well even with a cord or wireless unit plugged into the jack, though it could be a bit taller off the floor. Plus it won’t skid on a bare floor thanks to the rubber feet. It folds compactly and packs easily in a backpack, though it’s too bulky for a gig bag pocket unless there’s nothing else in there. I really like this system. Only thing is that the transmitter shuts down after about 15 minutes of idle time. So I then have to turn the switch off and back on again when I come back after a break during gigs. I understand why you engineered it that way, but it would be better if it was more like a half hour of idle time before it shut down. The strap feels great on my shoulder. I gave it 5 stars. The only thing I found was the size of the strap. I measured my old strap from hole to hole and it fell into the far range of the small size. So that’s what I ordered. With the strap set as long as it can go my guitar hangs higher then with my old strap. That may be due to the padding on the new strap. I can get use to that so not that big of a deal. Seems I’m an in between size on these straps.

I've owned a CFG 5.8 MHz wireless system for several years. I wanted to try the UFH Nexus to attain reduced latency and greater range (BTW, the latency on the 5.8 MHz version is negligible). Reception through the UHF Nexus is clear and clean. No drop off to my ears as compared to a cable connection. I don’t miss having that cable to trip over and love the freedom to move around. your wireless strap sheath is to restrictive. Does not allow for larger guitar straps. the velcro latch does not close to secure the wireless transmitter. I am plugging directly into my guitar now due to this issue and cannot use the transmitter holder as it was intended.
