The GR7 exercise bike is very smooth and quite although the seat is very firm. However the experience is somewhat tainted by the very bad service with some issues with the bike. The handlebars cannot be tightened enough to stop them from wobbling, nor can I secure the console correctly because of the incorrect size fitting bracket. Yes I am pleased with the purchase. As a retired person I was a little disappointed when the price dropped a further 300dollars about two days after the receipt of the product. Just unlucky that time! The machine is great to use. It represents hard work or as hard as you want to make it but I am not sore when finished and it does not jarr the body at all. The monitor is in MPH which does not really matter. From order to arrival less than 7 days - fantastic.Good instructions for assemble.

i bought a couple of cheaper bikes that i returned as they were terrible. Found these and they seemed reasonably priced. In use, they are very good. Plenty of resistance if you want it. Super quiet and smooth operation. Nice and solid. My only negative comments are, one, that the handlebars on both units are not exactly perpendicular to the bike frame. The bike is good and fits my purpose. I'm just over 6 foot and just under 100kg so some of the plastic is a bit creaky which was initialling nerving. But stability is no issues and works as expected. I had read complaints about the comfort of the seat but personally have not experienced any issues there. I am happy with my purchase.

I am still sitting on the fence when it comes to my opinion on this treadmill. The belt needs to be re-centred after almost every 20-30 minutes of use - which feels excessive. The belt also sits skewiff which is really frustrating - and makes 'true' centring impossible. There is always a corner which is on the edge of the running platform and it doesn't take much for it to fold past the edge. The GR6 product looks great and is well built. I'm really happy with my purchase. The only issue I have is the Console setup is really amateurish, velcro and double sided tape to anchor the transmitter [really :-( ] not worth the $200 for this part. Otherwise a great product.

GR 6 Bike itself is good quality and rides well to many exercise bikes I have owned in past or experienced with at gyms. Solid construction and so far so good. Only one criticism and that is regards the handle bar slide fitting. Unfortunately it was poorly fitting and required a bit of rework so the handle bars sat level, not a biggy though. It took me a while to get used to the direct drive of the pedals, but I quickly got used to it. Overall I reckon it's a brilliant bike and is like riding a road unlike my old one. I'm still trying to figure out the more intricate workings of the console but I'll get there I'm sure.

Delivery was timely. Assembly was easier than I thought. Communication was not so good. 1. I rang to change from Curbside delivery to assemble before I received the delivery. I was told a sales staff member would call me back (he didnt) 2. I sent an email after delivery re: Assembly and again No Reply. Delivery took alot longer then expected and was hard to follow where it was and when it would arrive, the build of it was painfull just around the wiring and trying not to get it to pinch wire in locations but still have the plugs done up correctley, also the machine just takes to long if you just want to free style and not use any of the programs or set walk/runs, my screen also gliches which om not sure weather i have pinched a wire or this os jjust normal
