Bike works very well, great for cardio fitness and leg conditioning. Already feel more toned, fitter and have more energy, usually workout 4 -5 times a week. It’s quiet and runs smoothly when increasing resistance. Only problem is seat was extremely uncomfortable so purchased a bike cushion and that has helped and the console monitor does not pick up your pulse rate which is a bit of a bummer, otherwise all good and enjoying the workout.
