I’ve only had it a month , but it’s exactly what I wanted . It’s perfect for cardio workouts especially for low impact high intensity others I’ve tried are too stiff , you hardly manage 10 mins before you fatigued . I’m just hoping its durability Is as impressive as it’s performance 😊👍

Strange design. The bench/incline is completely unusable because the entire rack is too narrow and short, and that’s from a 165cm female. The preacher curl attachment is also completely unusable and would need an extension handle on to make it physically possible to move. However on clearance for $99 it works perfectly for a cheap leg extension/leg curl option. Would still recommend solely for this option.

Love the extra width, nice under foot. I use mine manually so would have loved to see a larger incremental increase in speed., My previous treadmill had the ability to go 6, 8, 10 etc kmh and then fine tune in-between. Also awkwardly placed power switch. It is nice to run on though.

The machine is quite good and comfortable to use. It has a slight knocking noise that coincides with the arms going around so I suppose that there is something not quite tight enough in the column, but it doesn't interfere with the operation of the machine. So far, so good. I like it!

The Cross Trainer is great. My concern moving forward is that I will not be able to source a technician to service the Cross Trainer - I have been unsuccessfully attempting to have my Matrix exercise bike and Krank serviced for the past 3 years. Matrix makes fantastic equipment.

Bike works very well, great for cardio fitness and leg conditioning. Already feel more toned, fitter and have more energy, usually workout 4 -5 times a week. It’s quiet and runs smoothly when increasing resistance. Only problem is seat was extremely uncomfortable so purchased a bike cushion and that has helped and the console monitor does not pick up your pulse rate which is a bit of a bummer, otherwise all good and enjoying the workout.

The GR7 exercise bike is very smooth and quite although the seat is very firm. However the experience is somewhat tainted by the very bad service with some issues with the bike. The handlebars cannot be tightened enough to stop them from wobbling, nor can I secure the console correctly because of the incorrect size fitting bracket. Yes I am pleased with the purchase. As a retired person I was a little disappointed when the price dropped a further 300dollars about two days after the receipt of the product. Just unlucky that time! The machine is great to use. It represents hard work or as hard as you want to make it but I am not sore when finished and it does not jarr the body at all. The monitor is in MPH which does not really matter. From order to arrival less than 7 days - fantastic.Good instructions for assemble.
