Before using the Braaiplank I have wioed it off with a damp cloth. Then I treated it with the Braaiplank oil. Looks much better not raw and it didn't whap sofar. When i use it i just use a damp cloth and then I oil it immediatly and store it close to my Braai, outside and not in an cupboard.

Have both of your knives now but prefer the smaller one. For the cutting of veggies it is a real pleasure. But one has to do serious concentration with this knife as it is VERY SHARP.
